I've been ordering green unroasted Dolce beans from Vivace for years and I enjoy it greatly. But just for a change, I wonder what green beans others recommend. I happen to like a bean that has good chocolate and caramel tones. I roast with a Behmor. Any thoughts on some other beans I might try? Thanks.

You could look towards some Brazilian beans definitely or possibly a Guatemalan or basically any coffee from that region. They tend to be a little more chocolatey, but most definitely the Brazilians. I would start at Sweet Maria's. The only down side to them is that there is a minimum order of $15. They give accurate descriptions of what you can expect from the coffee, and they also have a huge selection of coffee from around the world. Hope this helps.
