Dave Asprey talks about general terms like single origin, wet process, high elevation beans, but I was wondering if anyone knew more info on exactly what kind if beans he uses or any other info about bulletproof. Here's the link: http://www.bulletproofexec.com/coffee/
I'm surprised no one has responded. I have been wondering about it also. A friend of mine alerted me to the Bullettproof Exec's site you linked 2 weeks ago and says he is loving the recipe for his morning coffee routine. I have tried to find other discussions online for this notion of mold-free coffee and am not finding much discussion either way. The idea of adding MCT Oil or Coconut oil to your diet has solid support, but that's about all I have found.
I guess I should go ahead and get the ingredients and try for myself.
I've been putting butter in my latte after discovering bullet proof coffee (I LOVE butter and coffee, so it's like two of my favourite things together) but I haven't actually tried the coffee. I may one day!
