I own a coffee shop here in Colby, Kansas called Smoffee's Bakery, Bistro & Coffee Shop.  We sell espresso / latte style drinks.  What we are most known for is our homemade breads, and the Coffee Shop style design of our restaurant, while located in the Heartland.  Come visit us and give us some input on our coffee.  We think it's pretty good but could use some expert advice to get better.

Wish I could try your homemade breads and most especially your coffees. Can you post a picture or maybe a gallery of your  coffee shop? So that I can make a comment about your place thanks in advance.

I've been to Colby a few times over the years on cross-country trips - taking US 24 or maybe other times US 40 through Ksnsas instead of tiresome I-70.

I'll certainly look forward to visiting your cafe next time I'm fortunate enough to come through your way - thanks for the invitation and letting us all know that there's a good place to look forward to.
