Starbucks Sumatra: 90 Color: thick and black, slightly viscous Nose: bell peppers with taco meat spicing, hint of pulled pork Taste: hint of cucumber and huge top soil flavor on the front end, recently used smoked meat cooker and flour with hints of the cucumber still hanging around on the mid-pallete, on the finish straight up pulled pork cooked on a meat smoker Comments: flavors are very nuanced and distinct, integration is not perfect but still nicely executed, and overall it just taste good to me which is why people drink anything right, very solid coffee and makes me trust starbucks coffee beans more and starbucks employees less for not making this shine when making coffee in the store

Cucumber? Taco meat spice and pulled pork? I know it's a matter of personal preference, but that just sounds nasty to me. I like coffee with sweeter tones and chocolate/caramel notes.

My personal favorite type of coffee is columbian which has the chocolate/caramel flavor in spades. But the truth is I can appreciate the unusual and weird flavors in any drink if its done well. And if I always have drinks of the same flavor it gets boring quick lol. I like a little mystery every now and then.
