Any interest in shipping to Chicago?

I am a new user, but I am PayPal verified and have an extensive history on eBay and FredMiranda.com (photography forum and buy/sell site).

kpoz -

Thanks for checking in. Right now I prefer to not get involved in shipping. Concerned that the delivery folks could bang up the machine. I bought it at 1st Line which is relatively local to where I live so that I wouldn't have to deal with shipping problems.

Regards.

Hello-
I am new to the site and I'm interested in your machine. I live in NYC and I'm just getting back into the land of real espresso. Is it still for sale? If so, I'd like to see a few more pics.
Thanks!

Salvoman -

I took some very short videos tonight and posted them on Youtube.

Steaming (3 seconds): http://youtu.be/91FrIGPLG5g
HX Flush (12 seconds): http://youtu.be/EB1ncfIGR_k
Espresso (16 seconds): http://youtu.be/Yh4rEU4AEH8

Here's another photo. Note - upgraded knobs for steaming and water. Also, hole in screen under the backflush from the group head.... it helps keeps water from splashing through to the bottom. Vibiemme may have started shipping new units with the screen predrilled but I did this myself.

Please let me know if you want some more photos/videos.

Hope this helps.

The machine looks great. Some still pics would be great as well. For some reason I can't click & enlarge the photo you posted.
Being somewhat of a newbie, I'm a bit intimidated buying a used machine, even one that is very well maintained. I don't know what the proper protocol is on the site but is it possible to actually speak with you and ask some questions?
Thanks again

Another question, in the review on home-barista.com you posted, it is for a 2012 machine. As far as you know, are the specs pretty much the same & if not, is there somewhere I can see the specs for the 2010 model?
Thanks

Salvoman -

I changed my posting so that it sends me an email directly for each response. My guess is that allows me to respond directly to you offline. We'll see how that works (this is my first time posting to Coffeegeek).

I am a pack rat. I have the print out from the 1st-line website from March 2010 with all the specs. Hopefully I can pdf it to you directly.

Will also try to take some better pix of the unit (insides as well).

Regards.
