I have owned a MDX and it is indeed a good grinder, I like the adjustment system better than a Mazzer while the grind between the two is the same in my HO. The doser is a little different and on this one, you may want to remove the upper switch assy to make access to the grind chute better but that is an easy mod.

Thanks for the bump Wayne....it really is a great grinder, super easy mico grind adjustment and you can remove the top burr for cleaning without losing your grind settings. This is a great deal for someone looking at a Mazzer SJ or even a B. Vario....
