I'm selling my Vivaldi II in excellent condition.  Purchased from Chriscoffee.  It is that latest verion (except that it still has the plexi guard on the cup warmer) with all the newest features of passive pre-infusion, programable offset differential, etc.  It has been maintained impecabbly, being cleaned weekly and has never seen hard water (I use Chriscoffee's double filtration and water softening system).

Included Accessories:
- Bumper 53mm tamper
- 1 bottomless portafilter
- 2 standard portafilters w/ single and double spouts
- single, 2 double, and triple baskets
- blind rubber gasket
- 6 extra grouphead gaskets
- extra grouphead screens

Buyer pays shipping and insurance.

Asking / Suggested Price:$1,300

I see that this unit needs to be plummed.

Can it run off a flot jet system (bottled water)?

How old is the unit?

May I ask why you are selling this?

Thanks for your inquiry.  Im pretty sure it can be used with a flojet, as it is a standard rotary pumped machine.  However I would recommend you verify it.

I purchased it in Sept 2008.

I'm selling it to buy a PID controlled dual boiler E61 machine.  In all honesty, I just want to get a comparable machine with a new look.

Quick Mill Vetrano 2B no doubt?

I'm seriously considering that one too.  I had a GS3 but sold it to cover moving expenses.  Now I have nothing which I thought I could live with.  Turns out I really love espresso.

Yes.  I'm thinking about the Vetrano.  However, I really like the styling of the Rocket R58 too.  My sense is that the Vetrano may be a little better on the features and performance, but that the Rocket might be a little better build.  I also absolutely love my S1 and fear that I might regret even changing machines.

Yes that is a difficult decision to make.  I can't speak for the Rocket line but my first unit was a ECM Giotto Premium.  I had it for ten years without any issues accept having to replace a P stat.  I'm not sure if the same degree of quality is turning out at the Rocket plant.  The Rocket line is more money but they do look really nice.

Good luck to you.

Rob
