used Gene Cafe 1 year old

in February i had Tim at Fresh Beans Inc. Refurbish it with new heater, and thermometers

since getting it back there is a quirk with it. When pre-heating at around 200 degrees it will say E4
and beep. All I do is turn it off (blue button) and then start it again and it works fine. I did this method
for about 40 roasts and did not have any other problems.
I did not bother to ask Tim about it because it was no longer under warranty (ended in February)

It has the larger chaff collector, brush and stand
The color is black.

375$

I can email a video file.

Hello there,

do you still have the Gene Cafe?
do I understand it right, that you already refurbished it with a new heater and thermometers or is that still to do?
