Subject: SOLD:  La Spaziale Vivaldi 2

I am selling my La Spaziale Vivaldi 2  which was bought new in August 2011 from Chrisí Coffee.   It is cosmetically excellent and mechanically perfect.  I am selling because I like levers and just got a Londinium and donít have room for 2 machines.  I owned a Vivaldi Mini for several years before buying my current plumbed in Viv 2, so I obviously like the machine (I prefer the plumbed in version).  Itís been lightly used Ė I generally pull two double capps daily, occasionally more on weekends.  I unscrew the grouphead filters weekly and clean them, and generally baby the machine.  I bought it when it was 5 months old from someone who wanted an E61 machine.  I  have soft water and use, in addition, an inline  carbon/mesh filter.

It comes with all the original equipment,  manuals, extra group screens , and a spare grouphead gasket, etc.  There is a stock single PF, stock double PF, and a bottomless PF.  I am including the built in optional timer and a 53 mm bottomless PF  as well as a few extra deep baskets.

For you casual shoppers, the Viv2 is a double boiler, rotary pump machine (plumbed in) with easily adjustable brew temperature.  Itís very tough to get a bad shot with this machine.  It also has an adjustable preinfusion up to 8 seconds.  One can program two different shot sizes.  For a fuller description, see Chrisí website.  This machine has been on the market awhile and is exceptionally reliable in all aspects.  Itís a killer steamer and makes great coffee.  Oh yeah, I think I have an extra steaming tip (larger) too.  It has the smaller 4 hole tip on it thatís currently supplied on the new models.   This machine is identical to the one currently sold by Chrisí Coffee and they carry spare parts and can service the unit if necessary.

I have a 53mm Espro tamper in excellent shape  that I am selling separately.  Please email me if you have questions or want more pictures.

The list price of this machine + timer/bottomless PF is $2570 approx.
