Hey everybody,
I'm looking to upgrade to a dual boiler, so am trying to find a new home for my Silvia after a little shy of a year. I'm the second owner, the first owner pulled only a handful of shots with it, and then decided a super-auto was more his speed. When he bought it, he had Jim at MLG install a Watlow PID kit externally. That was ugly, though, so I've mounted it permanently with internal wiring. I've had it since last July, and at most pull a couple shots a day, for a while I wasn't using it at all and was hyperfocusing on pourover. So it hasn't been terribly abused, and it's been descaled (in addition to using the softener and filtered water) and backflushed regularly.

So, here's the rundown on the specs and all the extra goodies:

-Rancilio Silvia v2, (incl original box, manuals, and original receipts from 1st Line)

-MLG Properties Watlow PID upgrade (http://pidkits.com). When I purchased it, I checked it out with a Scace, and calibrated the PID offset so it reads average group head temperature rather than boiler temp, so it's real easy to dial in.

-Shot timer linked to the brew switch

-Stock Rancilio double-spout portafilter

-Bottomless portafilter

-Assortment of 58mm filter baskets:
*Stock Silvia single
*Stock Silvia double
*Blind backflush filter
*La Marzocco ridgeless double
*Synesso double
*La Marzocco triple

-A 1st Line African Rosewood 58mm Tamper.

-The stock Rancilio plastic tamper

-In-tank Water Softener

Hey Craig and Jorge (and everybody else!),
Apologies for the delayed reply...I do sound for Broadway shows, so generally have a wacky schedule, and also am getting married in a couple months, so I fell way behind in email and checking here over the weekend. I'll post photos, and reply to your email, as soon as I can...the email I can definitely get back to tonight, I'll try to take photos tonight as well :-)

Sorry to be MIA for a couple days, although I suppose I'm really only hurting myself!

-Andy
