For sale is my beloved Mini Vivaldi II and a Mazzer Mini E with Super Jolly Burrs. Both machines are a little over one year old and work flawlessly. I have enjoyed AMAZING coffee from these and am only selling in order to raise funds for other hobby activities (maintaining a good WAF). I have all original packing materials and manuals. I will ship anywhere in the USA assuming buyer pays for shipping and insurance. I am in the LA area and would be happy to show you the machines and teach you how to use them if you are interested. If you would like full resolution pictures, please let me know and I will email them to you. Here are the specifics:
Mini Vivaldi II – $1,500 Works PERFECTLY and is under Warranty until October 2013. I made two drinks per day with the machine for the past year. It has ONLY been used with the built in water filter in place and has NEVER been used without it. This filter has been changed bi-monthly. Cleaning routine was to remove and rinse screens every week, backflush with plain water every week, backflush with cleanser (Joe Glo) bi-weekly, scrub group head with Palo brush weekly.
Includes: • Two sets of screens • Extra group head ring • (3) 53mm Portafilters – Bottomless, Single Fork, Double Fork • 53mm Espro Tamper calibrated to 30lbs • Two milk steaming pitchers (12oz & 16oz) • Group head cleaning tool
Mazzer Mini Electric Grinder - $500 This 64mm grinder has been fitted with Super Jolly Burrs. I will also include the original burrs in case you want to switch back. I have used this grinder to make two drinks per day for a little over a year. It works perfectly. I have run less than 20lbs of beans through the grinder so the burrs will last a REALLY long time. It is fitted with the small Mazzer hopper. Cleaning routine was to run Grindz through once per month in addition to daily sweepings.
