Clearly you are looking at a high quality level of gear, I hope you are planning at least $1K or more for a grinder for this class of gear. Fancy and cool looking espresso machines may be the visual star of the show but it is the grinder that makes espresso.

Brand new both the automatic and paddle GS/3s sell for well south of $6K delivered to your door. Don't get confused by the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and actual price.
