I purchased Expobar Pulser from Whole Lattle Love since 2008, and I got the Mazzer Major from a private seller around the same year.
Since I live close to all the amazing coffee shop in San Francisco, I don't have to have my own machine at home. I going to let go both of them to someone who will take good care of it. I had maintained both machines in good shape and descale regularly. I had a lot of fun with it.
I will accept any reasonable offer + the actual shipping cost.
I will post up image in next week after having my last few shots with it. I will descale it one more time and thoroughly clean them one more time.

Can someone point me to how to pack the espresso machine and coffee grinder for shipping?

Not Kidding here. If you're unsure, perhaps split the cost with the purchaser for a professional to pack it for you. The machine MUST be completely drained of all water. I'd box and ship the PF, baskets and such separately so they're not rattling around next to the machine. Of course, pack the grinder separately. personally, I'd detach the doser from the body, wrap it in bubble wrap, same with the hopper.

A place like a UPS store should be able to pad and double box your items for $10-20 each. But you should still make sure they adequately pad around the items and ad insurance, because my last machine arrived damage even though it had been professionally packaged.
+1 I would highly recommend sending the doser and hopper in its own box and the grinder in another.
You know those people that want to tell you how to raise your kids but have none of their own? That is how i feel when someone with a kitchen appliance tells me how the merits or dis-merits of my machine or how to use it.

Thx for all the advice. It sounds like a good news to me because the doser had always been detached. I had always been using it doseless with plastic fitting that cover up the hole in the machine. Now I don't have to re attach it, nice.
Also Good tips on packing stuffs separately.
How about the boiler inside? Should I fill it with something like newspaper to take up the empty space and minimize the vibration? or just leave it?

A little late to the party here but in packing, movement is your enemy. Most UPS stores I have seen will throw some peanuts in the box and call it good. When shipping something heavy like a grinder, get a box that is a good bit larger than the item, wrap the item in plastic (once it has been prepped for travel) then pack it in the box with hard foam or at least very stiff foam on all sides, a couple of inches is good. There should be NO room for movement in the box, the box should be hard to close. Tape with very good packing tape all the way around the box, at least two layers deep, through the center and on the sides. This should result in 5 bands of tape, each minimum of two layers deep, sealing 3 times over the top and twice side to side. Even packed like this, a heavy item such as a grinder can give the box a real beating. Rather I should say, the shipper can give the box a real beating.
If it were me, that is the way I ship. Do NOT trust the UPS place to do it, if you do, you will be asking for a claim settlement after the item gets to the buyer.

Wayne, & I've read from members here that even though UPS did the packaging (supposed to be to their own standards, etc)., the claim was still denied from the buyers end!!

It's not necessary to detach a doser from a grinder for shipping. I agree with the earlier post that it should be packed somewhat tightly, and peanuts don't offer much protection. UPS requires at least 3" of padding on all sides. Also, the box has to be strong...very strong. Even some of the packing boxes like those sold at Loews are too weak. The biggest issue is the plastic hopper, as packed with the grinder it could be broken by the weight of the grinder when the box is dropped.
Don't bother marking the box "Fragile", or "Up"...as all packages are treated the same.
Machines don't handle shipping well, as the heavy parts like boilers are not designed to be dropped, even with packing.
So don't make any package too "tight" as the lack of any padded "give" could result in internal damage. Taping well is good, but don't expect it to make up for any deficiencies.
