All in all, he was a decent guy, he just seemed a little out of touch with how important condition and little things like shipping boxes, are when buying machines like this. People buying $2000 espresso machines typically have high attention to details. Just not the case here.

He doesn't seem to have several of the accessories that would normally come with it new like replacement screen, pod adapter, removal tool. The grinder has a bunch of deep scratches on the side with the paint scratched off it.
