price is obo "made" this about a year ago I guess. works great. can roast up to about 1# green per batch but performs more evenly at 8-12 oz per batch. got the stir crazy from amazon replaced the plastic axle with the socket mod thing listed on one of the crazy turbo crazy sites. got the convection top from new egg. $50 obo plus shipping. would very much prefer local pickup on this because who wants to pay shipping for such a bulky inexpensive item.
reason for selling? oh, just got a diedrich. lol. kind of an upgrade i guess???

I'm gonna bump, as I've roasted 100's of #'s with this setup, and it's a wonderful way to roast. I prefer my Behmor, but still do the occasional roast on my combo. Not sure you've used the cake ring (spring form)thingy to raise the height of the convection oven, but it greatly improves the opportunity to temp profile.

I should have posted this much earlier, but it has been a crazy few weeks. Thank you for the care and speed in which you sent this item out to me. I received it and while I have not had a chance to roast much with it I am looking forward to using it more. For the rest of the CG community if Brian ever has anything else for sale I would not hesitate to purchase from him again. Super fast and packed extremely well.
