Handy people - here's a fix-er-up-er
About a year and half ago (or thereabouts), a roast was unmonitored and caught on fire. Using a new bean and having kids = not good. Pulled the plug, got the drum out, and put out drum fire. A week or so later I took most of it apart, cleaned what I could, and got the smell out. I plugged it in and it turned on and heater and other functions worked. I have an RK drum, so didn't really use the Behmor much anyway. --- Fast forward to this week --- Tired of moving the box around I said to myself, "time to sell it." I did a temperature test using my thermocouple and it went up to 410-415. I think the sensor needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Note: I scoured the inside but it still has some darkness. There is a small bulge on back near vent. More pictures upon request.
