Really hate to part with these, but the Doc says no more coffee and the wife agrees with him. Effing conspiracy if you ask me.
(Obviously with the size and weight, I'd love to keep this local to the central NC area, but I'll be open to shipping - at buyer's expense - if there's no local interest)
Both the Expobar and Mazzer are in great working condition but show signs of use. The Expobar functions perfectly. The only issue I had was a hissing vacuum relief valve which was remedied by a good cleaning. The group gasket and basket is less than 6 months old. Comes with a bottomless portafilter. I use the triple basket, but will include the single, double baskets and blind. Oh, and a nice rosewood tamper too.
The Mazzer is built like a tank. It's the timer model with doser. The burrs were replaced around a year ago. I think I might still have the old burrs which weren't that worn in the first place. Comes with both the short hopper (which was a must for fitting under my cabinets) and the normal hopper. The finger guard and spill catcher were removed by the previous owner. Its not really necessary and is better for cleaning. I may still have them -- I will include anything I can find. The only thing that is broken is one of the tabs on the 'spill catcher' on the bottom. It's plastic and was bound to break off at some point. Some glue could be a temporary fix, but I'll leave that to a future owner.
