Yep, it's a propane roaster that can be easily converted to natural gas. I'd be open to shipping, and I don't think it would require an oversize package. For serious interest I can look into shipping cost. If anyone would like to chat on the phone about the roaster or see video of it running, just let me know.

Also in early 2013 Sonofresco will be introducing a backwards compatible control board upgrade which will allow the user to monitor and create custom profiles wirelessly from their computer! I can't wait for this.
Could you comment a bit further on this? The lack of full control really was the huge draw back of this roaster when i was shopping, the additional control or maybe even full control would be a huge plus. Any links or idea of pricing? Kinda a deal breaker if the board upgrade costs as much as the roaster but if priced affordable this would make this a very popular roaster for many geeky home enthusiasts.

The upgrade with software should cost $200-400, slightly more for their bigger roasters :). I'll be reporting more on this as SOOOON as it comes out, as my other Sonofresco needs the control board replaced anyway (so the new part is coming along at the perfect time for me).
This roaster sold locally today at my asking price. Thanks everyone!
