For sale Cimbali Max Hybrid with box and all accessories. I purchased this about 2-3 months ago from another coffee geek member who was the original owner. He owned it for 6-7 months prior to getting a Pharos. PERFECT cosmetic condition - not a scratch or scuff on it. It was too large for my kitchen so I got a Versalab instead so this one has to go. I used maybe 1-1/2 lbs of Black Cat coffee through it.
No shipping - pick up in Midtown Manhattan. Cash and carry

A great buy for someone out there! Compared to a Bratza vario this offers a lifetime of use and far easier adjustment. Also, there is no need to modify hoppers for most kitchens since this is the smallest of the commercial machines.
I just have to add an endorsement of this grinder. I recently rebuilt a regular Junior and it's a very nice grinder. The grind is good (note - talking about the regular flat burr here), the doser is good, adjustment is good. The modest size and simple shape are a serious plus in my book. The build is very interesting, more like the case on a frame build of an espresso machine than the motor in a big metal shell design of most commercial grinders.
This is actually a DRM made grinder, so it brings some heavy cred with it. I just hate to see perfectly good (in this case very good) grinders passed over due to the Mazzer fetish.
