Yet another sale from me! I have just been doing some cupboard cleaning that really needed to happen. I hate seeing all of the equipment move off to new homes, but it needs to happen. After a period of acquiring new methods at a fast rate, I realized that I simply was not using them all enough to hold on to all of them. My hope is that everything I sell ends up in the hands of someone that will put it to good use!
Up for sale is a ceramic white V60-01 with 60ish paper filters and an ACT cloth filter included. I purchased this dripper through Amazon at the beginning of summer for ~$19 I believe and have used it off and on alongside my Beehouse. I am looking to sell it simply because I have been using my Beehouse every morning instead of my V60. It is nothing against the V60, but I am just not using it as much as I would like. This has been the story with all of the equipment I have sold this summer. It is in pristine condition and brews a great cup. With a fine drip grind, attention paid to the pour, and the right timing you can get a fantastic cup out of this dripper. I am including one ACT cloth filter for free that I have left. These filters are amazing. They do require a little extra work to dump the grounds and give it a quick rinse, but the added body and oils make it VERY worth it!
For those of you wondering about the 01 size, it is PERFECT for a 21g/350ml cup. It will fill a diner mug perfectly. The upper limit of this dripper is probably right around 24g/400, but might be able to go just a touch higher. It allows you to keep the kettle spout really close to the grounds minimizing agitation and making for a better extraction.
