You can pm him on Home-Barista, I believe he still sells the older version not at Chris Coffee a little cheaper. That's the one that just stays on all the time, and needs to have the battery replaces like once a year or so.

Edit in response to livin: The older version uses a temp probe that is constantly on even with the machine off, but the other version he has features an on/off button.

I don't understand what the difference between them is?  Seems like the one Chris Coffee sells would stay in and also need a battery change?
