I have an Avanti Capri for sale. From the outside it looks like a Saeco Aroma Nero but on the inside it is so much more. It is a rebadge of a Mokita Cafe Creme ( quite popular here in Quebec). The brand is sold at a local espresso shop here in Montreal (Espresso Mali).
The machine itself has a brass boiler, chromed brass group and portafilter. It has a Plastic panarello steam wand that does a good job of frothing if you remove the outer sleeve. The machine is very small, which gives you the advantage of not taking up a lot of counter space and it has a quick heat up and recycle time. The outer shell is black metal and the water reservoir is around a gallon (I never really measured it) .
I bought this machine new in the summer of 2011 and used it for about 3 doubles per day. I have taken good care of it (regular cleanings and removal of dispersion screen for cleaning). I only use Brita filtered water and just descaled it with citric acid two weeks ago. The machine is made in Italy and I have the user manual that goes with it. The machine works as it did the day I bought it, but it is time for me to move onto something beefier.
