Hi, I don’t have any idea about it but you may watch classified Ads posting websites on the net. There are thousand of seller posts their offer daily. I hope you will get your product on affordable price. All the best!

Good luck finding one at that price. I have a stir crazy, but never completed the project based on the cost of the convection tops. Even at a thrift store the tops cost $40-$50, and at least around Metro Chicago they are really hard to find.
I'd agree. The cost of the SC/CO is mostly the CO part of it. If you're interested in purchasing only the top, Sunpentown sells the "replacement" part here. But even their cheapest model which I own is now being sold at $45 plus tax/shipping. Their newer model with different heating element costs $65.
At $25, you'd likely only be paying for the Stir Crazy itself...
As for instructions on making one, this site (link here) was the one I followed to construct mine. I did the full metal stirring shaft replacement and added a copper cap. Instead of making the aluminum spacer, I use a cake ring as a spacer and added the radio shack barrier strips to the stir rod as suggested by others on coffeegeek. For the most part, it works great, though it is somewhat difficult to profile a roast.
Here's another CG thread that I read prior to constructing mine.
