Hi there, I'm new to the forums, but have been drinking espresso for several years now fairly religiously. I just came into an FF x3 that needed cleaning and a couple of parts. I've done the cleaning which has seemed to have refurbished it quite well but now that I know it works I need a grounds portafilter (not pod) and a steamer end.
Just wondering if anyone might have these parts - It would be super appreciated. Price would be obviously negotiable i just had to put a price in there.
Best Regards, Matt

Sorry for the late reply - probably no use to you now, but in case someone else has a similar problem (I did). Some of the Ascaso portafilters fit. See my blog Click Here (coffee-stuff.blogspot.com) for details on the models and part numbers.

Hi Kris, Thanks a bunch for sending this. I actually haven't found a replacement yet and am not wanting to spend the 70 or 80 that it would cost to get the factory replacement in to canada. This seems like a real possibility. There was one on ebay - but a pressurized asaco Portafilter, that says it was for the dream, basic, etc... Do you think would suffice?

I just had a look at that one on ebay. From the photos the portafilter itself looks identical to the one I have.
I had read that Ascaso/Innova was well supported in Canada - no joy there? Its US$60 at 1st-line, so at the current price the one on ebay seems like a good deal, even if you factor in having to buy a non pressurized basket.
