Here is my procedure. I use espro tamper.
Tamp single push
Tamp again (second push and give it a twist)
Nothing changed but lately I start to observe strange symptoms. Pre-infusion times look good. First it starts brewing as it should, nicely and steady. But in couple of seconds it just starts to really pour down and I get no crema (obviously)
I tried to play with a grind but smaller grind affects preinfusion and how it starts, eventually it brews fast and quick. It's almost like pressure "lifts a puck" or something like that. Not sure what to look for.
