you might try using the search for something like VST precision or VST Strada, as VST will be too short to get hits.
quick answer is it's a high quality portafilter basket made to tight technical standards. the holes in the bottom are extremely close to identical in size and are evenly spaced, and they cover a higher % of the bottom surface of the basket (compared to stock baskets). Hold your stock basket up to the light and take a look at how sloppily they are made. VST baskets come with and without ridges, and have nominal sizes based on dose capability (i.e., you order them by grams...not by single, double, triple). They are even bar coded with their lab test results. As you can imagine they are expensive.
