Hi all. Purchased a Zaffiro a month ago and went through the usual process of drinking poor coffee as a result of poor technique, things started to improve when alas, water flow from the group head stopped, just steam, steam from the wand was fine, but no water from the group head nor from the hot water switch. Took it back to the retailer who tested it. It worked immediately and he pulled some good shots. I picked it up again and so far it has failed again twice. Attempted to take it back today but they are now closed for holidays !!! Anyone experienced something similar ?? Would love to hear from you.

Hold fire all, I may have found my problem, an embarrassing user problem, the instruction booklet was poor, I believe that I have been leaving the steam switch on which could potentially produce overheated water - steam.
