My favorite drink at any good cafe is a Cappuccino with honey drizzled on the inside of the cup and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Is there a name for this drink other than "cappuccino with honey and cinnamon?" Its an off-menu item at most places.

Short answer...I don't think there's a name for that...and if there is, it's news to me.
If you want anything besides espresso and milk in the cup, especially anything that goes in before the espresso, you'd better talk to the barista before he/she makes your drink. Typically, this means ordering a cappuccino, and then asking the barista politely to lace the cup with honey before making it. Personally, I would pay quickly and then talk to the barista as soon as possible after ordering - rather than talking to the counter person about my special request. I can't think of any place I've ever been or heard of that would lace a cup with anything before making a cappuccino. As far as the cinnamon goes, every coffee house I've ever been to has a "condiment" bar where there's a shaker containing cinnamon, as well as numerous other things, but you could ask the barista if he/she can sprinkle cinnamon on top when you ask for the honey...just be prepared to be directed to the condiment bar.

My favorite cafe here in cincinnati (Rhos street coffee shop) makes this as an off-menu special. It's a favorite of one of their baristas, so the others all know what you're ordering and know to lace the cup.

Have you tried having them add the honey to the milk before steaming? It may be a little easier to get what you want that way. No I have never heard of that so you get to invent your own name for your own drink.

I have used honey instead of sugar. I have put it in the milk before microfoaming and it works fine. I have also just put it in the espresso before adding milk. I taste more chocolate with a touch of honey using Hairbender or Redbird Espresso or Blue Jaguar. Perhaps just my palate or taste. I have not tried cinnamon, but that is just not my desire in espresso.

I was hoping it already had a name so I wouldn't have to make one up. Haha. Rhos street calls it an Al Pacino, because their barista allen makes this cappuccino a lot.
Cinnacappudolce.
Cinnadolccino?
Cinnamatopoeia?
Who knows Italian around here? anyone?
Canella Dolce?
I don't know. I don't normally go for anything sweet but this one is to die for if the right Barista makes it. I haven't mastered it at home yet.
