As I'm somewhat new to the world of milk frothing, I was wondering if someone could tell me if it's best to use a ceramic or stainless steel pitcher. I find using a ceramic pitcher works well. Though I'm open to suggestions from others. Thanks

I do not remember ever seeing a ceramic pitcher with the "optimum" shape for agitation nor a well-shaped spout for latte art. Beyond that, temperature of the milk can be easily sensed by holding a hand on the outer surface of a stainless pitcher. That would not be the case with one made of a ceramic material. A ceramic pitcher would also weigh more and be more difficult to control for optimal positioning.
