Thank you... the machine looks it it was modified to take capsules. I checked the size and dimensions, and It looks like the piece that hangs down "should" unscrew to reveal the original threads for the head, but I couldn't get it to budge, and I don't want to damage it.
It's going back, which is a bummer, but by the time I replace the head, buy new portafilters, etc... I could just get a new one in the color I want with an actual warranty.
Thanks again for the suggestions. I'm sure it will be back on eBay shortly :)
