I've just bought vst 7g. I've seen in a youtube vdo that it need to put coffee only in the center big part to get a 7g volumn. My question is, how can I do it?
Normally I dose a full basket and then level and tamp. However, when I tried to weight 7g coffee and put it in the basket. It way lower than the top of the basket, and it no way to swipe around to distribute the coffee properly.

If the volume of coffee is less than full for the basket (a normal thing) use something curved to groom the coffee with. It can be your finger, the side of the doser lid of your grnder, the side of a wide spoon, just something that you can reach all the coffee with.
