Hi,
I have now recieved a decent tamper, 58mm with a curved base and this has made a noticable improvement from the horrible plastic thing shipped with my espresso machine.
Taking everyones comments on board i have adjusted the grinder yet again and now get a 2oz shot in 25 seconds that tastes and looks lovely.
Im now moving on the other areas of the forum to read on milk frothing. Thank you for all who took the time to help me get this sorted.
