You need a backflush disk or better, a backflush basket Some sort of detergent (optional, highly recommended) and probably an old toothbrush, or group head cleaning brush.
Insert disk or basket into your PF.
Lock in just like you were going to pull a shot.
Flip the espresso switch, wait ~10 seconds.
Turn off the espresso switch. Wait 10 seconds. Do these last two steps a few times.
If you are using a detergent (Cafiza) put a small amount in the basket prior to all of the above. After flushing a few times with detergent, wash out the basket, and flush a few times with water. You may also want to run the group for a few seconds with no PF to get any additional detergent out.
Afterwards, clean the screen and gasket with a brush, pull a break in shot and you're done.
