I'm off to Seattle in a few minutes solely for the purpose of visiting cafes. Thanks for doing all the preliminary leg work wayne! I'm adding Herkimer to list though. I was told that brand doesn't get the publicity like the others, but an excellent roastery. I'm excited!

I had a GREAT time! Vivace, Victrola, Zoka, and Herkimer in that order. I opted not to do Stumptown since I'm in the Portland area. 7 shots and a cappuccino; had a raging headache at the end, but well worth it. Vivace Dolce was my favorite of the bunch, but the Herkimer was nice too; I've never had a shot that was so deep as the Herkimer. Herkimer was the friendliest and they gave us soda water with the shots; nice touch.
