You can try SweetMaria's....at one time they offered it  for around US$80....
This, of course, is NEW.....Have you tried Ebay, et al....?
Good luck! I'm holding out on getting this very book.....hopefully from Friend Wife as a 25th anniversary gift....(haven't decided what to get HER yet....maybe something really romantic....like, say....a tank of gas....:>)

Does everyone realize that this is a TEXTBOOK!! HA! It looks like the espresso bible, but it is rather expensive, does anyone have any other suggestions as far as literature goes about how to make the ultimate shot of espresso?
