it seems i'm not the only newbie puzzled by the lengthy text descriptions of various skills, like frothing, tamping, and pouring latte art. they're all quite good, but nothing beats seeing it for the first time. i had a rough time finding videos on the web, so i posted the ones i've found so far ...
