Posted Sat Dec 13, 2003, 10:58pm Subject: various espresso skills videos
it seems i'm not the only newbie puzzled by the lengthy text descriptions of various skills, like frothing, tamping, and pouring latte art. they're all quite good, but nothing beats seeing it for the first time. i had a rough time finding videos on the web, so i posted the ones i've found so far ...
if you're the author of one of these videos and object to me posting them, i apologize ... just let me know and i'll remove them. if you have the original link to a video, please let me know and i'll post the link instead.
also, if you have a video or can make a video to post, please either post the link under this topic or send them to me and i'll put it on my site.
lastly, if you have technical problems playing a video, please email me directly, so we don't make this topic into a thread on the technical aspects of playing web videos.
