Subject: OPV valve replacement?

So I had a problem before with low brew pressure.  I varied the grind without much improvement in pressure, then I noticed that when running the machine with NO port filter attached, there was a lot of water getting sent back to the tank.  This site helped me deduce the OPV was the culprit.  I took the machine apart, took the opv apart and cleaned as best I could with pipe cleaners, put it all back together and I had beautiful espressos for a few weeks.  Then the pressure started to be random, sometimes up to 10, others only 6.  This has declined now and it is almost consistently 4.

Regardless of how fine I make the grind I get basically the same extraction weight and time, and the pressure never goes above 4-5, and a lot of water is sent back into the reservoir.

So I would assume the OPV is the culprit and I should just buy a new one?

Any Eastern Canadian sellers for an OPV?  I haven't had much luck with Zcafe so I would rather deal with someone else.

Machine is an expobar Brewtus iv, 1.5 years old

Thanks.
