I assume you're using your reservoir (That it's not plumbed in). Pull the reservoir out and look at the valve in the bottom, look at the big red o-ring.  Everything look normal? Lift and lower the reservoir, in its proper position,  to make sure it's well seated. If that valve isn't properly opened by being low enough in the machine, the pump could be sucking air rather than water.

Oh, you just made my day!!! That was it. I cleaned the reservoir very well and put it back. Everything is ok now. Just pulled three more shots and no more noise!!!!
