I mostly use an 18 g vst and a naked portafilter. if they say it doesn't fit it probably will not. I am happy to help. it is hard to search old topics on my phone. when you see short non punctuated / capitaled messages from me I am not on my home computer.
Buying advice: GRINDER GRINDER GRINDER. Don't cheap out on the grinder.

I ordered a valve and a pump as well as a few other things.
I couldn't help myself though. When I got home I decided to remove the valve in the steam arm plumbing (same valve is located here). I put the valve from the steam plumbing in next to the boiler and the one next to the boiler in the steam plumbing. The one I removed next to the boiler did in fact look in bad shape. Not quiet as mangled as yours coffeenoobie. I was excited that this was going to be the fix. Alas the steam still pulses out of the group head.
I am still hopeful that the brand new valve and or the new pump will fix the problem, if not where would I look next? Thanks,
