I am new to making my own espresso.  I got a used epoca single head pour over machine.  Physically works great, and was not used much.  The previous ower said it was last used 2 years ago.  What should I clean internally?  Sorry for my dumb first post!

You'll want to remove and clean the shower screen, run some clean water through the machine, backflush the grouphead and descale the boiler, and descale the heat exchanger, in that order.

Descaling the boiler is a snap. There is a drain plug in the bottom of the boiler and you can fill the boiler by removing one of the valves from the top of the boiler.

Getting the cleaning through the heat exchanger will require the use of the pump as described in any of the instructions you'll find online for descaling commercial head exchanger machines.

Be sure to inspect the flowmeter, the gauge and whatever that thing was that Rancilio used as a temperature sensor in the pre-2006-ish machines for any leaks.

Post back if you need any further directions.
