I'll backflush as soon as I can get a blind filter. I'm having a hard time paying $25 for it($15 for the filter at idrinkcoffee + $10 shipment), so I'm trying to get a better deal. Unless you think I'm risking more by waiting...

Heh, well, not into Canada they don't. $3.95 for the disc, and $80 for fedex shipping.. :)

I've made an order on idrinkcoffee, for a filter, cleaning detergent and a spare group gasket to get me the free shipping. Once I get those, I'll do some cleaning and report back. I feel like I should have educated myself about this long ago. I guess it's better late than never...
