hi
wodering if anybody can help me on this. I've had the Saeco Aroma for around two years, and for the past couple of weeks it has been making a lot of noise but the pressure has been very low to non existent. There is hot water if I turn the knob, just no espresso. Is this a pump problem or perhaps something else? thanks in advnace to whoever knows..

Have you been cleaning your shower screen and group regularly? What happens when you run water through the group without the portafilter on?

um... no. Just took apart the shower screen but I don't really know how to clean the group. When I run water without portafilter a bit of water comes out and then stops..

The Aroma/Classico comes with a pressurized portafilter. If no water comes out of the PF, but it comes out of the group then you either have a faulty valve in your PF or the basket is clogged. Take the filter basket out and hold it to the light. Are all the holes clean and clear?
