Picking it up this weekend looking forward to fine tuning my espresso. To date my progression has been from a Sylvia/rocket to Giotto / mazer mini and now versalab / Cremina and now GS3
I loved my Cremina as even my not so perfect pulls were pretty good. Loved the simplicity of the machine too. So easy to maintain. Now I am heading down the electronic road and fine tuning. Less art I suppose and more science. But there are so many variables what with my roasts from my hot top, as well as the beans the weather the grind the tamp the preinfusion the temp pressure and time. Don't know how any machine can be consistent.
Sunk a fair amount of cash in this hobby and hope I can get as much pleasure from the paddle GS3 as I got from the Cremina.
