Does anyone have advice on how to get good results when steaming milk with the Rancilio Betsy?
I've been using a newly acquired Betsy for about a month now and I am struggling with getting good results when steaming. I usually get just hot milk with very little foam. This is my first experience using a three hole tip and I find that I can't get a good swirl and the milk heats up VERY fast.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
PS - Anyone know if I can replace the three-hole wand with a single-hole wand from another machine?
