UH, talk about thread drift.
I think we should move back to the OP topic before an argument gets started. It is fun and games now, we are all seeing the issue from the same side, don't want to step on toes though so I am going to bow out of the CA spending issue. Heck, I only live here, why should I have any say in how they spend the money?

I was raised in Calif but left when i first went into the service in 71, but now live in NC. But if by chance they were to split Calif into two states like here in the Carolina's then I might move back. But the split would have to be around the Redding area, draw a line from the coast to the Nevada border and everything south of that line would be South California and above would be North California....... :-)
