Hi everyone,

I'm looking the replace the heating element on my Ascaso Dream machine.  Is there any place in Canada that sells this part? Anyone that can ship to Canada?

Thanks!

I think you should try either Faema in Toronto, they have sold Inova/Ascaso home units in the past, although they send all of their service out offsite, now.
416-535-1555.  They can probably at least tell you who fixes Ascasos for them, these days.

Or Morala in Ottawa.

Thanks.

I heard back from Ascaso directly.  I was surprised at how fast I got an email response from a manufacturer. They pointed me to Morala Trading.  Hopefully I can get the parts soon and have this baby full operational again.
