The large tank for the steam wand and hot water has started shutting off very randomly. Turning the machine off and back on again has been fixing the problem (3x... about every other day) until today. No pressure at all. Anyone have an idea as to what needs replacing? Manual reset button does not fix the issue either.

Your machine is a dual boiler machine so it is entirely possible to pull shots and not have any hot water or steam, as you know.
If the reset did not fix the issue, and I doubt it would if the problem was intermittent like you indicated, I would suspect loose connections in the control circuit, broken wire(s) or a bad pressurestat. Most likely, the Pstat points are bad or the Pstat has stopped operating properly.
