Just purchased an almost new oscar for 400 today. Everything works fine and the machine is in pretty immaculate condition on the outside. Despite this, I wanted to take it in for servicing and perhaps get it descaled but for the life of me I can't seen to find where the serial number plate is located or if it even has one. The people I bought it from said it was a gift and they threw the box away and didn't get a receipt to begin with but that it was only 3-4 months old. When I go to the NS website for service they ask for a serial number so am wondering how to proceed as this machine probably still has warranty on it so I would like to know the serial number for that purpose also. Anyone have any ideas or insight, I looked all over the exterior of the machine and couldn't seem to locate it?
