My Gaggia classic recently started to poor the coffee too fast, no matter what the grinder level is (WPM grinder). the grinder is in perfect shape and is 1 year old. also checked its blades and they are still like new. does anyone have a clew what can cause this problem ?
Omer. You leave out a lot of info.... Have you recently changed your beans? Your routine? What kind of beans are you using? How many days out from roast are you? Are you tamping? If so, is your tamping consistent... I dont know what a WPM grinder... but if its not a burr grinder, you are not going to get good shots... Do you backflush? How old is the machine? When was the last time you cleaned it? Decalcified it? Or changed the O ring?
