Thanks for the new replies.

Regarding my inquiry to 1stline, I repeat that we are not a coffee house hence the reason why I never mentioned it....

NSF, as I had already informed you, Plan Review dept. does not require it in Florida.

There is always the safe Oscar, either tank or direct line and fairly inexpensive.

Less water, more grounds.

I am not 100% certain in Florida, but you should really check with the local Health Dept. (this is the dept that will perform the health inspections of the establishment) as usually they are the ones who enforce it or not. It is best to get this in writing from them. There are certain areas of the USA that Health Depts do not enforce this requirement.

You can try the Isomac Tea Commercial Espresso Machine. Although it is higher in price than the machine you know, but it has more features. It has low water shut off switch to protect the machine when the water reservoir is almost empty. What is important is how long the machine will last. If the machine has some warning device or protector to avoid damage, choose this kind of machine.

Did you know...? Dark roast coffees actually have less caffeine than lighter roasts due to the fact that the process of roasting burns off caffeine.
